IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GREEN LANTERN PIZZA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
